Base plates visible and scaffold properly footed with ties / bracing installed
Working platforms clear & not overloaded with full edge protection & toe-boarding
Safe access provided & physical restricted if the scaffold is incomplete or unsafe
Safe erection and dismantling with unauthorised modifications prohibited.
